How Returns Work

1. Email returns@circaspinstars.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a quick note on what's up.
2. We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and next steps.
3. Pack your Circa Star securely and send it back using the shipping carrier of your choice.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return arrives, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Something arrive damaged? Did we send the wrong item?

That’s on us. Email returns@circaspinstars.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. We’ll also cover any necessary return shipping.
